Fish was half done, employers trying to rush the rest of the workers saying she’s ready to go at 230pm. Y’all are slow and lazy ,disrespectful smelling like weed. They just don’t want to be there! Y’all are going to end up shutting down because this is so ridiculous of how adults act ant treat the customers. Then they’ll try to get you to get something they choose because they don’t want to correct a mistake! I will never go back to Captain ads Bessemer.

Drive through wasn't ridiculous like the last time I went to the Bessemer location.Only slight complaint is my rice was hella dry, but juice from the green beans straightened it out rapidly.

Awful customer service. Employees talked loud and the restaurant is nasty. Needs a good deep clean.

Slow business when we walked in, then a line formed and nothing was done to deal with the traffic. One of the featured meals was Ultimate Seafood Platter with Crispy Jumbo Fish Tenders. The tender part is the inside, the outside part is almost hard enough to use as a club. The batter is overdosed on cayenne pepper or something similar. Nothing is mentioned on the poster or the internet about the spice, be careful.
