Contribuisci feedbackI hardly ever leave reviews. I only leave them if the experience was terrible or excellent. Unfortunately, this is the former. First, I will say the cashier was very sweet. However, our order was incorrect. Additionally, the carpet looked like it needed a deep cleaning, parts of the wall paper we're coming off, the outside of the building needed a wash down, and the Wendy's sign on the back of the building needs to be completely replaced as it looks like it was in a fire. The whole place just felt very unclean. It was the most uncomfortable Wendy's experience of my life.

A cigarette was in the bag that had been smoked 1 or 2 times. One of the women with red lipstick in the store did it. When I went to the store they were very rude about the situation. The manager called back after I called the 1800 number to offer a refund. I’ll never go to this Wendy’s it is horrible and unhealthy!!!!!
The lady that took our order was annoyed by our order... I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich it was not there, and the lady who brought the food out to the car, she needs to be fired. She brought three meals out, and I said we had four. She never acknowledged me, so I said it louder she screamed, saying, I heard you! When she comes back, all she said was, Here! So I matched her attitude/energy and said, Thank you! If I had the energy, I would have gone inside to simply get my money back because that place is RIDICULOUS!!!
Ordered a double bacon bag and my burger has no mustard and no bacon My four-piece nugget is a three-piece nugget and the vanilla shake I asked for is a water. I've tried calling the store multiple times and no one picks up the phone.
