Burger Blues Lisboa

Unfortunately the experience was dreadful. Although the burgers were delicious no one asked how they were cooked; sides are extra but no asked if we wanted. We had to chase the waiter for drinks (the nice one!! And the lady who served us was incredibly rude and clearly wasn't trying at any way to be nice. Drinks are extremely overpriced. Overall, if you go for the food it will be good, but the money you'll pay won't be worth the service. Learn to charge according to the service!!!

Rather unpleasant experience, staff was uninterested and absent. When asked for any kind of wine or drink menu, our server was puzzled at best „we do have it, but there’s nothing on there“ . Really disappointed in the burgers bland, unseasoned meat, wet salad and a boring taste. „Best burgers in town“ is a bold statement for such a low standard. Giving one point for the nice interior design and the Heineken that was at least at a decent temperature.

We were looking for a place to eat and got attracted by a couple of tables outside of a bar. It turned out this bar didn‘t offer any food, so we went next door to the Burger Bar Blues. They kindly offered us a table inside but also accepted that the kids wanted to stay outside at the tables of the other bar (so these two bars are probably somehow connected). About the food: we ordered burgers and a salad (as there isn’t much else on the menu) and it was all amazing. Especially the Bacon and Cheddar Burger. Definitely recommandable!!! The only reason I wasn‘t fully satisfied was the (I would guess) unexperienced waitress. She not only forgot several orders, but also made some mistakes that shouldn’t even happen a waiter in training like taking away half full bottles of mineral water without asking. However, she was nice at all times so probably all she needs is more experience. All the other waiters were very kind and pretty sweet to the kids.

I went there with my family last sunday night. Very tasty burgers. All the staff was very polite. Great place to eat and to listen to good music. When you finish eating you can just go next door and continue the evening.
