We visited the restaurant on a Friday before New Year's Eve and although the shopping centre was extremely busy and all restaurants were packed, this one wasn't, so we decided to try. The staff has difficulty communicating in English, which is absurd if you think how touristic this city is. My friend ordered a salad with cheese, which was frozen. The manager was very polite and brought her a new salad, but it was still something unacceptable for a restaurant. The waitress wasn't very attentive but was polite.

Bem não tenho muito mal para escrever, Produtos Bons... Gente simpática, o problema maior são os preços de alguns produtos, ex:chocolate frutos do mar...frescos, queijos... Etc, O Celeiro tem muito Material e que chega na loja... Nem comento o Trabalho que devem ter pois para Tantos Clientes, mesmo se alguém não for muito simpático, a parte boa é que respeita.. Deve ser um Trabalhao organizar tudo com tanta gente

Bonne pizza, comme d'habitude. Le service est en fonction du personnel. Il y a malheureusement certaines serveuses qui ne sont pas agréables. Dommage...

Taste is good but poor service from staff. Cutlery was not provided. Plates, as you can see in the attached video, seem very old, and eating in such plates is not healthy at all. I was not expecting it from Pizza Hut
