Certainly not our experience or the diners around us. The chef is quite creative and does wonders with seafood and steak. Limited menu means attention to detail. The goat cheese starter in puff pastry was amazing. Great house wines from duoro. Great location only about 2 blocks from Liberdade.
Every other dish on the menu was not available. Ordered two sirloin steaks medium-rare, both were served well done. Waitress was chewing a chewing gum. All in all a big disappointment.
The welcome from the staff was warm and felt very nice to sit and enjoy excellent dinner. Good evening had by all.
A recommendation from our hotel staff with an ideal location, not far to walk for weary sightseers Selecting to sit outside our welcome was warm from the staff, unfortunately the evening became very windy and cold. Like most modern restaurants they lack character and a certain amount of atmosphere. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. The menu was a good selection, a blend of traditional and international dishes.Would recommend the Duckrice main course but very filling.Good quality and taste. Unfortunately the staff was a little slow in service, another body or two would have eased the pressure and lifted the standard. However all in all not to unpleasant evening.
Got to the restaurant after closing time but the chef agreed to prepare chicken Caesar salads which were excellent and the wine recommendation by the manager was perfect and at a sensible price. Possible to sit outside or in. Very good impression and will return when next in Lisbon
