Chili's Grill - Lisbon

Chili's is known for its commercialized food, but this particular location excels in customer service. I have always had a good experience dining here, although last time I noticed a slight fragrance from the bartender's lotion on my drink. Despite that, the service is top notch and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a Chili's. Dining in for dinner will cost around $20-30 per person. Overall, I would give the food a 3, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4.

I live in the area so it's convenient for me to go to this restaurant. I don't mind spending extra money to get what I want, but every time I come here, my order is almost always wrong. Yesterday, I paid extra for the house salad and received only a few pieces of lettuce, a clump of cheese, and a few pieces of tomatoes. To make matters worse, my food was ice cold when I picked it up 5-10 minutes after it was ready. I'm not angry, just disappointed. The staff are very friendly, but they need to be more careful with their orders. Overall, the food is rated 1, service 2, and atmosphere 3.

I went to Chili's recently and I was very impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. The menu offers a variety of creative dishes with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The staff, especially Lizzy, was attentive and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations to make sure we had a memorable experience. I highly recommend Chili's for a fantastic dining experience.
