I can see the effects of inflation when I ordered a large meatball sub and found it was quartered, containing only two meatballs, and smothered in sauce. Honestly, I'd rather pay double for the sandwiches you used to serve last year.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My mother and family visited this restaurant, and we experienced the absolute worst service imaginable! None of our meals were prepared correctly. When my mother asked for corrections, the staff responded with eye-rolling and laughter at her expense. She simply requested names of the staff members, and they provided them while adding a condescending remark that "the customer is not always right." When my mother mentioned she would call the manager, they dismissed her, claiming the manager wouldn’t do anything. They even threatened to call the police on her just for asking for names, all while making jokes about her. We will never return to this place. I work in the restaurant industry, and I would never treat anyone that way unless I felt truly threatened. While it’s true that customers aren’t always right, they are paying customers and deserve to have their concerns addressed. This experience has left me incredibly upset!

I went there for lunch and was very disappointed! The meatball sub, which is usually my go-to dish, was not up to par. The quality has certainly declined compared to earlier visits. The portion was small, there was hardly any sauce, and it was overly salty! I'm still feeling the effects nearly eight hours after eating there. It's unfortunate to say that this place has really gone downhill.

Order took 20 minutes to make one sandwich, was missing 2 ingredients I asked for and they toasted my entire sandwich when I asked for them to only toast the bacon. Wasn't pleasant eating warm letus and pickles. Also one of the workers was kind of snappy when talking to me. While I was eating a lady left without her food because the 10 minute wait she was promised exceeded 30 minutes.

Had a little mess up/ mistake on my order the day before and when I called for it today, the manager that?s was on the 3pm shift, was amazing. She made me the best sandwich/ calzone I have ever had. I wish I got her name. I recommend this place for sure, especially when she?s making it!! She did AMAZING! Woman needs a raise!!
