Sam's Italian Foods - Lisbon Falls

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the customer service. The work ethic seems to be lacking, and I couldn't help but notice some racial bias among the staff. When I arrived, I waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, while two white customers walked in and were served immediately as if I wasn't there at all. It was frustrating to say the least. To make matters worse, my order was an hour late, and I had to leave without it because it still wasn't ready. There definitely needs to be new management and staff changes to improve this place.

Two pizzas. One came out of the oven and 15 minutes later the second?. When I came home, the second pizza was not even cooked, the dough was still raw. The first pizza was ?doughy, but more cooked. I was there many times (and had a much better product experience), but after tonight, and all competition in the city.. I won?

Not only did you guys forget how to make a decent pizza, your cashier apparently isn 't required to tell the customer what they are getting back for change after paying. Here you go is not an acceptable response in this industry. I was looking forward to eating this pizza till I opened the box to see half the crust is burt and flat. I honestly have had better pizza in my high school cafeteria back in the day.

The food was good, but we had a bit of a frustrating experience. I think the person taking our order was just new (been there! so I can't complain too much. Wish they could have had a list of all the available vegetables/toppings listed somewhere, since they're not visible and we had to play a guessing game to get toppings on our sandwiches. I think that would have avoided the mixup. That doesn't take away from the quality of food, but it led to some of us getting nearly-empty sandwiches.
