Kapitan Ramen Bistro - Lisbon

Nice place for a quick meal. The ramen bowl had a good taste, the size was nice for a single part. The service was fast. Only a single table for eight people., remaining seats are singles in a row. No ideal for group meals. Unfortunately they were from the Vegetable Tempura Vegan options are clearly marked. The staff was helpful in the selection. The music was a bit loud, it needs to lower a bit.

I added a vegan ramen on the menu with a pen, and recommended by the waiter. Includes non-egg noodles, tofu and black mushrooms among others. In addition, the chili was well adjusted for our individual taste. Updated by previous review on 2023-01-25

There are 3 vegan ramen options, I had the hell ramen for 11,50€, with spicy 1. they can choose flavor from 1 to 4. 1 was not sharp, I wish I had chosen two or three! the personal is friendly and knowledgeable about vegan eating. only PS crash.

We tried the available vegan crows. was with tofu and sweet. pretty good and filled. was nice to sit outside and enjoy the day. that's nice staff.

There are some veggie appetizers and for the selection of the ritter they have the normal one or spicy (1-4.) the rugs were very tasteful, I tried the non-spicy version. I would have liked to have a few more sweets, but it was still nice and came with some things like seaweed. the service was fast, I would recommend to call forward and book if you want to sit inside as it is a pretty little load. there are also external and they supply.
