Pastelaria Néné - Lisbon

This restaurant was very convenient as it is in the center of the downtown Lisbon shopping area. The dining is Al Fresco under umbrellas. This is on a main thorough fair so there was lots of foot traffic walking by. This was simple dining. Pizzas, salads, hamburgers and several tapas selections. they were very busy, but service was good. Pizza and a salad with tuna were both fine. Nothing outstanding, but good. One negative, and I don't think the restaurant can do anything about it..... Since the restaurant is outside on the middle of a sidewalk, there were 3 or 4 people that came to the table asking for money. There was also a group of men that came up to the side of the tables and performed, then came around to each table wanting money since you watched their performance.

We stopped here for something to eat while out exploring Lisbon. Food was delicious, with a lovely healthy variety on the menu. I had a natural strawberry slushy and it was absolutely delicious!

This experience was far from satisfying, as a matter of fact it may be the worst experience I’ve ever had while dining. It must be said that my friends and I are pilgrims from the JMJ, however I don’t think that’s really significant, as we’ve been nicely served elsewhere throughout the week. We spent 2 hours in the queue, and the employees seemed to be completely unbothered. Four employees were doing absolutely nothing while we spent ages in an endless queue. The food took forever and it wasn’t even good, and that last thing had nothing to do with the JMJ: dull salad and rice and the worst bacalao croquetas

Tenho frequentado este espaço apenas para pequenos lanches e nunca fiquei 100% satisfeita com a qualidade dos mesmos.Contudo, os funcionários são bastante simpáticos e atenciosos e a esplanada em plena Rua Augusta fazem com que continue a voltar.

Enquanto restaurante:<br/ Comida tradicional Portuguesa de elevada qualidade e com um atendimento rápido, eficaz e educado... tudo isto por 5 Euros com café incluído.<br/ <br/ É talvez a melhor opção para almoçar informalmente na baixa do ponto de vista relação qualidade/preço.
