In my understanding, if a restaurant serves food and provides seating, they are required to have toilets and hand washing facilities available. It was not ideal to have to leave the restaurant to find a restroom after enjoying a break from shopping and having a cup of tea or coffee with my lunch.
It is reassuring to know that others also recognize the poor quality and disastrous service at this restaurant. It reflects poorly on Lisburn and is an all-around embarrassment.
It was raining this day we decided to call in for a cuppa tea and coffee when got inside wow the the colours and size of the delicious buns so we decided we go on down for some hot food first and girl was so welcoming and friendly we got r food sat down in the we sitting area when finished went up and got a box of 4 delicious buns took them with us and ate them in car lol
The small, young woman was extremely impolite and unpleasant towards me. Initially, she ignored me and then when I politely requested her attention, she began to yell at me. She claimed that her husband owns the establishment and refused to fetch him. Avoid purchasing from this store. The staff are extremely rude.
Went here this morning with my partner for breakfast, we came here two weeks ago and even though the place was literally empty the food we had was lovely, the staff were very helpful, we decided to go back this morning and we were just flabbergasted at the difference, we ordered 2 mini breakfasts, it was the sadest looking breakfast ive ever seen, toast was cold, the bacon was hard and i couldnt cut it, my saugage was so overcooked i struggled to eat it the mushrooms were nice even though there were only 4 of them, overall extremely disappointing and again the place was literally empty, explains alot, nice staff though, get rid of the cook!!
