The perfect spot for a breakfast or lunch date. The menu is excellent having a good choice of dishes that suit all types of eaters. Last week my husband got the jumbo fry and I got eggs Benedict, we both asked for amendments such as extra toast, sauce on side etc. staff were lovely and very helpful! I often go for lunch with the girls here too, they have an excellent selection and great drinks menu too! It’s a beautiful setting for food, lovely ambiance and in my opinion the best place for brunch in Hillsborough. If you want a tray bake but full, get one to take away to have with a cuppa later! You won’t be disappointed!

I made a reservation for a group of 25 people for Saturday morning breakfast. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to choose freely from the menu. This is not always the case at other restaurants for group bookings! Additionally, when we placed our order 5-7 days in advance, they were very willing to accommodate individual preferences and all requests were accepted. On the day of our visit, the food and service were flawless. We all enjoyed chatting over breakfast and coffee without feeling rushed. We were even offered free filter coffee top-ups just like any other customer. It was simply excellent!

Eated lunch here, ordered avocado toast and smoothie granola bowl. The Smoothiebollen was delightful, full packed with good, sunn things, lot of good smaker and unlike textures. A favourite.

Terrible service, totally gormless. Waited ages for a desert before they told me thy didn’t have what I ordered, then proceeded to serve some one else who ordered after me . When the coffee eventually came with out the milk I had asked for it was in a dirty cup. What a joke, may be Royal Hillsborough now but still that clueless Northern Ireland service I’m afraid
