Excellent throughout the week we stayed here. Went every morning for breakfast and stopped in for bread in the afternoon which was invariably still warm.

You can buy their bread both in Isle and at the Mini Mart in Fontaine de Vaucluse (but go early to Fontaine). Great all round.

If you are looking for the real French quality pastries and bread, then this is definitely the place to be. Amazing Products and wonderful service by the ladies smiling while helping you choose their delicious bakery food.

This boulangerie was recommended to us by our Home Away hosts and I can see why, lovely selection of pasties, brioche and cakes, plus during the week quiche and sandwiches. We went here nearly every day and we never disappointed by the quality my favorite...were the pralinoise brioche.....

I think I tried different boulangeries while I was in L'isle Sur La Sorgue, and Convert was by far the best. The croissants were much lighter and flakier than other places. Also great bread and other miscellaneous desserts. It's also a convenient place to...pick up a bottle of wine, cheese or other snacks you might want with your bread. Convert was recommended by our AirBnB host, and I agree it's the best in the city!
