Since my last French visit prices in general have rocketed and Stering value hasn't helped. Here is an absolute gem that mustn't be missed. The guys from the Gas company etc all in here for lunch and I know why. Madame in the kitchen produces fresh fresh fresh. We had 13.50 euro lunch........lovely salad of Batavia, walnuts, lardons, Roquefort tomatoes and a huge slice of quiche and salad as alternative, followed by a truly massive breadcrumbed turkey escalope with sauce Basquaise, rice and courgettes a la Creme . Too much really but too good to leave. Followed by what I could only describe as a sort of deconstructed Tarte Tatin. Caramelised apples broken pastry, a bit of pastry cream and whipped cream........and Calva! With 2 carafes of excellent rose from just down the road and 4 coffees it was sensational value at 64 Euro for 4. As Antonin Careme said, " Les plats les plus simple sont les meilleurs et les plus difficult a executed" . They do it here. 5 stars for many reasons

We came on Sunday noon and have reservations in advance. We were 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children of the 1st minutes florence presents the dishes and there you understand that you will enjoy!The products are all of great quality and homemade but extra homemade! The whole menu is a real treat: from the entrance to the dessert without forgetting the cheese. The children eat the same thing but in smaller quantities so always in high quality!The reception and the thierry service is great!If we return to the region we will return to this great table for sure! Good continuation in florence and thierry and thanks for this beautiful quality cuisine!

Arrived late without knowing that we had to book, we were finally welcomed despite everything. Because, here, the kitchen is prepared home and at most just by the boss. very complete single menu for adults and children (seules proportions change) with regional products. wine from the vineyards of the village. Our family has been regaled. friendly exchange at the end of the meal with the owners. a very pleasant moment by the lake to finish our holiday in beauty! Thank you.
