Cafe saffron - Lismore

Have eaten here many times as they are often the only place open or still serving in Lismore when we finish work really late! They are always accommodating and friendly and the service is great.Food is delicious with varying levels of heat for curry dishes so you can tailor to your personal taste. I love that there is often a Bollywood movie playing while we eat too. If you can't sit for your meal, they also do take away.

This os a very good place. Food is tasty, servings are generous and good value. Is centric and easy to get parking. Ingredients are fresh and service is fast. Staff is very friendly and good variety in the menu. Very good Indian restaurant.

Cafe Saffron is a great Indian restaurant in Lismore and offers consistently high quality food and (generally) good service.The restaurant has been decorated with vibrant Indian cultural colours (mostly red) and their speakers play calm yet uplifting and energising Indian music throughout the dining experience. The service is fast and friendly and the quality of food is always perfect.I'd recommend this restaurant as suitable for families, couples and large groups.

I dined at Cafe Saffron several weeks ago with friends celebrating a birthday. I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in some time. The food was simple, tasty and plenty of it. And the prices were affordable. I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy Indian food but now I LOVE it!! So much so we are going again in the coming week.

We loved our first visit to Cafe Saffron. Pleasantly surprised by such great tasting Indian food, not too spicy and oily, exactly the way we wanted like home cooked meals. The Butter Naan
