Having spoken with Cathy, it became clear and evident that being hospitable is apparently optional, I simply had hoped to speak with or at least arrange to speak with or meet and greet the owner-operator-manager, this proved too difficult for Cathy. Perhaps if the owners knew about their staff there'd be far fewer one star ratings online.

Unfortunate experience, ordered the $80 medium steak and it came out very rare, had to send it back to the kitchen, which was fine, however we got it back 1/2 hour later when everyone else had finished dinner and the side dishes where then cold. (So we ordered more side dish) and at that point noticed the same steak had been re cooked and this time very well done. It was so rubbery we couldn’t chew it. No staff came back to check on the meals. I let them know about the steak when paying and they just said “oh that’s no good”. Paid in full including the extra dishes.

Got our coffee's i got a pineacolada muffin it had peaches pinapple, coconut sprinkled on top. It was very tasty. If it had real cream instead of moke cream. Their cuppa's are always good.
