Subway - Listowel

They make a good sub and the staff are very friendly. They could put a few extra toppings on the sub but completely understand company policy.

Quick friendly service, great attention to detail. Very well managed chain. Generous with toppings!

If I could or knew how to give 0 stars I would. Just terrible. Too bad they leave children to run their stores. I would have gone back to make them fix it but I don't trust them to make my food. In the trash it went !

This subway is absolutely terrible. Completely run with teenagers who are not taking their job seriously. They're slow and lazy. Several times they forgot drinks and other parts of our orders when we have ordered ahead online. They were rude. Spoke to us very poorly. There is no Adults around managing or supervising the kids that work there. Extremely disappointed with the last few times we have gotten our food here. You're better off making the short trip to Palmerston.

The restaurant was very busy, with nearly a line forming outside. They had 15 new items on the menu. I ordered the number 1, which had a generous amount of meat, but it was supposed to have double cheese and unfortunately didn't. On a positive note, the front door is wheelchair accessible, which is great. This review is for Listowel.
