Five Guys Burgers Fries - Litchfield Rd

We absolutely loved this restaurant from the moment we walked in and received a warm welcome. Our orders were taken by a friendly guy, and we enjoyed some delicious salty peanuts while we waited. The wait for our fresh burgers was not long, and the place was clean, including the restrooms. The music playing was great, especially the classic rock. The burgers were incredibly tasty, as were the medium-sized order of fries that we shared. The fries were hot and fresh out of the fryer, with the perfect amount of salt. Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say about this place.

The customer service at this restaurant is always fantastic. The man working the register around 2:50 was a shining example of excellent service. I really appreciate this level of service in today's day and age. Well done. I believe his name was Mark.

I love eating at this restaurant, but I was disappointed with the customer service. When we arrived, three girls were standing around and did not greet us or smile. The young lady who took our order at the reception, Janet A, never smiled and seemed annoyed. We were polite and nice, but it felt like she became even more rude. Janet A and the other employees need to improve their customer service skills. Unfortunately, we will be looking for another restaurant for our group of five in hopes of better service. I do not recommend this restaurant based on the customer service we received.

The order was accurate and timely. However, the person who appeared to be the manager or team leader should show more respect and courtesy to her staff. Using profanity is not acceptable.

2.5 star burger for a 5 star price. Fries drip with grease and dont forget the dried out shell peanuts from the WW1 Mres. Kitchen is a mess but matches the floor sk its hard to see. Where to go thats better would probably be anywhere.
