Contribuisci feedbackHaven't had biscuits since before June, apparently an oven is down and they are to lazy to call service and have it fixed, don't have half the menu items, have ordered from the website for in store pick up twice, each time took over 40 minutes. In June Ihad my son in Litchfield hospital and had to wait for an hour for our food we ordered when it was supposed to be the rapid pickup, because they apparently lost our tickets. Didn't give plastic ware or anything after asking for it, received cookies insteadof biscuits, and wasnt told. They need shut down completely, there's no point in them being open, trash service and food, 0/10DO NOT RECOMMEND, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Was here several times giving them another chance, one week they served rolls which is great if you have no biscuits but why so long on fixing your oven and soda machine never in operation, Food was good but service is awful will not be back and tellingothers to do the same until you change somethings. Maybe new management is required at this time.
The chicken in the 8 piece bucket wasnt hot, looks like it was just placed back in the oil because it was burnt on the crust. Couldnt reach the store to tell them, they dont answer the phone. I suggest if you want to eat it, eat there in case they pull a fast one on you. I wouldnt recommend take out at all.
Did not get the extra biscuits we ordered. No biscuit in the meals either. Friendly service at pick up though.
Door says open at 10:30 clock, it is 11 and doors locked. workers who enter and say should be open. must be left in the back door. I ask the type that opens the door twice when they open. looks at me and ignores me both paintings. better employees. if I managed this location, I would hire people who don't run away business. I have a family of 5 and in the rule get two family meals so that they not only lose on $5-10
