Lobster Boat - Litchfield

The Lobster Boat in Litchfield is known for serving the best baked and fried haddock in the area. The price and portion size are just right. Their haddock could easily compete with dishes on the seacoast, and I am confident it would come out on top.

The portion of Haddock was very generous, and they gave plenty of tartar sauce. The fries were crispy and coated, although this is not shown in the picture.

Terrible. Awful. Ordered a PINT OF LOBSTER CORN CHOWDER. Had 2 small pieces of lobster hardly any corn or potatoes. I was given a pint of cream broth for $15.

I was very disappointed when I ordered a lobster salad and it arrived with no lobster. However, the scallops wrapped in bacon were excellent and the onion nuggets were great.

The fish chowder was perfect. I ordered the steamers for an appetizer also and it was a large portion! I am very satisfied.
