I haven't eaten at this facility. I decided to stay out on the way and get rid of my eating. not even 2 minutes in my house, I eat 5 salty brezel nuggets I find strands of hair in my eating.

They would not let me order and when they said I could they told me they were closing. Just makes no sense..

The service is quick and the food is good. They now serve chicken bacon ranch sandwich on a pretzel bun. They also sell the usual flavored and original pretzel along with lemonade or sweet tea. There is also a holiday drink called the hot chocolate frost which is pretty good, it taste like chocolate milk on ice. Overall it's a good little shop for a quick snack.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I'm guessing the manager is the one that only wears the red shirt, acts like she doesn't want to be at her job and her attitude is rubbing off on the younger employees. She had the nastiest attitude when I asked for a refund, grown woman acting so childish they need to hire some friendlier people. She messed up my refund and I still haven't received my money, it's sad that all they know how to do is get pretzels. If you don't like your job then quit, no one asked you to be there. I'll stick to Cinnabon.
