Taco Bell - Lititz

Been to this Taco Bell 5 or 6 times since they opened only to ask for no tomato each time and then each time I get tomato?s. It?s pretty simple but apparently too complex for them to understand.

I went to Taco Bell over my 1/2 hr lunch break and went inside to avoid the long drive through line. After placing my fairly simple order of a grilled chicken burrito wrap and a cheesy gordia crunch I sat and patiently waited. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. 40 minutes later I approached the counter and inquired about my order. It had been skipped over. It took 45 minutes to get two items that could be made in about 35 seconds. it's hard not to be upset. I was then properly reamed out at work by my boss; Mike D.

I had the most unique experience here. It was different than any other fast food restaurant I've been to. The lady who was running the register actually came around to different tables and asked how everything was. You rarely even get a friendly person at the counter so this experience really stood out.

This place is awesome and very very clean. The crew and staff that work the evening shift are always pleasant and professional. The food is made fresh and fast. The employees are always kind and communicative. Definitely one of the best taco bell restaurants I have been to. Keep up the great work

This is a newly opened restaurant with plenty of seating. High chairs are available as well as outdoor seating. More parking then I've seen at any Taco Bell before. What makes this one unique is that there's no ordering at the front counter. The only way to order is thru the kiosks and there are 4 of them. Easy to operate and navigate.
