Nice new facility. Friendly staff. Eat delicious, hot foide and some new items. Take a trip to Little Elm Schlotzskys!!! Love the soups!!!

Great customer service! Manager is very friendly! Chips are fresh and the sandwiches were great! Made to order, it came out fast and fresh! I love the sourdough bread! I also suggest getting one of their salads!

Trying to go Low Carb and what a better place to start! Great Unsweet Tea and Salad options! I think next time I’ll have a sandwich without the bread

I change my review by ingenious customer service. After completing a dissatisfied survey online, the manager of this location emailed me and offered a free lunch. I took him on the offer and I've been back three times. Service is fast and everyone is friendly. I'm sold! Old review: I just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. This was my first time and I was hoping to avoid the lunch break. Apparently rushing to them means less than 3 people because that's how many cars were before me and I've been waiting for so long. I had gone, but I couldn't get around the barriers.
