The food was still good, but the service was definitely not good... the manager and waiters were not as good as before, the drinks were forgotten and not filled and when we received you, we were kicked out and not even dessert served. Since it's her birthday, we want dessert)
We love this place! We reserve all the time and we sit pretty fast as soon as we arrive. The food is delicious and the cooks are always entertaining! We celebrate every birthday and milestone here!
This place is clearly downhill. The food is decent enough and the cook is beautiful The main problem is the bad service. We never saw the waiter again after the order, when we got no drinks, she would run away after picking up an empty plate. Even the manager came by once and he asked how we did it and we said we really needed some drinks. He also ignored us. We had a terrible meal and they added a 18% tip to our bill. Terrible management. Many other Hibachi options round.
Never again! If I could give zero stars, I would. On Wednesday, beef was ordered on sticks of appetizer, they were dry, overcooked and crowned. Beef is juicier and tenderer. They called them to let them know it was impossible. Spoke to Ronnie the manager. I bought her back and he pretended he could take care of less. Reimbursed my money, no excuse. You just lost a long-term customer. Recommend some customer service skills and better chefs.
The welcoming and attentive manager was the best part of our hibachi dinner. Thank you for the kind service. The chef was skilled and entertaining. Food was OK. We went for the experience. The waiter lady was bored and unpleasant. Never checked on us. After placing my order, I was asked if I wanted to split half and half rice and noodles. I said sure, thinking that my meal would have a mix of rice and noodles. When the bill came I realized that they charged me extra to add noodles. I felt tricked. My dish came to $33 (plus tax/tip) for a chicken lo mein/fried rice. They asked if I wanted ice cream with the meal, but I was afraid that would be yet another charge, so I declined.
