Bakery Cafe – Banjo’s Bokarina (drive Thru)

We regularly visit this location and enjoy the coffee and tasty treats. However what we don't enjoy is loud head banging music. Used my noise meter app the other morning and it regularly hit 100db. Not on. I am sure the owner would not approve.

I have had wonderful service until Sunday of this week. I wanted a ham and cheese croissant. I was told you only have ham,cheese and tomato croissant. Would I like the tomato taken off. As I am not able to eat tomato, I reluctantly said yes. I was charged the full price for ham,cheese and tomato. I phoned back later to question this. I was told by the manager that I was lucky they took the tomato off at all as they come pre packaged. Her exact words were “ we were doing you a favour by taking it off so we have to charge for doing that “ We do this with all our customers. I was taken aback to say the least. My son and I order coffee at this outlet at least 5 days a week. So disappointed now.

Maddie is the queen of Customer service. The food is fantastic at Banjos, only enhanced by the kind and caring customer experience. Great place.

I am never buying coffee here again. I am gob smacked that a baby chino gets served just as cold milk. We go out for coffee a lot, and I have never been told that a barista cannot heat up frothed milk and put into a tiny cup. I am so annoyed, but I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Love the pepper pie always a winner, always delicious! And very convenient drive through service. Always buy a coffee and they stock my favourite almond milk!
