We always enjoy eating in 42 bar and grill. the midday salads are delicious and give good portions with fresh ingredients. and the desert selection is also very nice (especially the key limette cake!

On a jubilee trip to little rock. we had a starter of new orleans beignets. they quickly came to the table and were hot fresh! I had the eier benedikt. the eggs were perfectly posing and the whole dish was spectacular! my partner had the breakfast place and he enjoyed it all the way. the personal was friendly and offers fast service. the sum for a cup of coffee, the appetizer, and 2 escapes was at $40 we thought was quite reasonable for the amount of food we got. I would definitely come back when I'm in little rock!

We throughly enjoyed the entire experience. We were there to visit the Clinton Library the next day. Checking-in the night before, our hotel front desk recommended The 42 Restaurant in the Library. We took the recommendation and could not have been more pleased! The lobster bisque (puréed) appetizer was served w/ a tiny pitcher of sherry and was perfection! The grilled salmon with risotto and asparagus and the seafood mac n cheese were the best we have EVER had. The desserts looked great, but we were already in food nirvana, so we declined our pleasant and attentive server. We highly recommend The 42 … and the Library experience.

All seating is good. I am not an outside eater so would never choose that option.
