Contribuisci feedbackI generally avoid this location, but I had no other option. The line was wrapped around the building, leading to at least a 20-minute wait. Once I finally got my food, they handed me a drink carrier, which I trusted. However, on my drive home, I noticed it was leaking because they didn’t put the lids on either of my drinks, causing half of it to spill in my car. I also ordered half lemonade and half unsweetened tea, but they only gave me unsweetened tea. To top it all off, my fries were cold. The wait time was so lengthy that I didn’t even consider going back, especially since the inside and curbside services were closed. I would not recommend this location.
This is my favorite spot for chicken sandwiches. The staff is consistently friendly, and the food usually exceeds my expectations 98 out of 100 times. There have been a few occasions when the fries or the sandwich were a bit too salty, but I'm confident they would have offered a replacement if I'd had time to ask. I highly recommend this place not only for the delicious food but also for the courteous service.
The food was standard for a Chick-fil-A, which means it was pretty good. The staff were friendly, and our meals arrived quickly. However, our order was slightly incorrect; I had to remove the tomatoes I hadn't requested, and my sister did the same with the pickles she didn’t order. Additionally, my niece's kids meal was missing her toy. We noticed the table next to us was also without a fruit bowl. Although it was a busy day, we hold Chick-fil-A to a higher standard and expected more accuracy with our orders, even with the crowd. On the bright side, the restaurant was clean.
Went there about 8:15pm on 11/172022..the lady that took my order in line was extremely helpful and nice Also the gentleman outside of drive thru super nice and accommodating to the woman that was behind the glass doors of drive thru...she was veryrude..I had ordered water with lemon with my meal..she gave me a small cup..asked for the medium size that came with mymeal..she then politely threw it aside and said we are out of lemons so I just squirted lemonade in there ? No salads so Ihad cold tortilla soup and grilled chicken sandwich when I ordered spicy deluxe..Everyone was exceptionally nice..except forher..$18 on cold food and not receiving what I asked for
This Chick fil a used to be the best CFA in central Arkansas, with some of the friendliest staff and best customer service around. They never messed up orders, and they were FAST! They had literally won awards for their speed and accuracy. I havebeen going to this location for somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 years or so.. I used to get breakfast here almost everyday, and often lunch as well, the order takers knew my name and usually knew my order even. When Bob Paine retired (august2022) the new owner took over and has quickly run this location into the ground. I am deeply saddened by this change, as I hadseveral friends and family members who worked here over the years, and like I said I used to go nearly every day. These daysthey have closed the inside, they are not accepting mobile orders, they?re not doing curbside, and they don?t have peopleoutside with the iPads anymore, it?s all through the menu, 1 line not 2, and it takes ages and the food is soggy and the peopleare not nearly as friendly. As far as I know there isn?t a single person still there that was there before. Chick fil acorporate NEEDS to step in and take care of this or they will quickly lose a large customer base. My understanding is theson of the previous owner had attempted to purchase the location to take it over and CFA told him no. That will go down inhistory as one of the worst decisions they ever made.. So Sad.
