Chi's Asian Cafe - Little Rock

This is a nice little Cafe. The guys who took my order were so nice and friendly. They got my order ready fast and it's much appreciated. The food was delicious and I've returned several times since I posted my original review. It's my new favorite Chinese take out spot.

I just got the best service I've probably ever had in my life. I accidentally placed an order for the Chenal location and came here to pick it up. The server picked up the phone and fixed the whole thing for me, and was super nice about doing it! Then they made my food super quick. I've been coming to the old Shackleford location and this one for years, the Walnut Shrimp is our birthday special dinner favorite. Love this place, wish I lived closer so I could come more often!

Great customer service. So much better than a lot of restaurants nearby like the pizza cafe. Enjoyed my food and I’m happy to be a regular here

We showed up towards the end of the business day and were greeted and seated without issue period. I ordered 2 entrees With one To split between 2 of us and without asking they brought us additional plates. Overall it was a very good experience.

Wife went for lunch, and got her leftovers (lo mein and kung pow chicken), which were fantastic. And even more surprising considering portion size and money were such a great value. So had to check out for dinner the next day, especially after seeing the poor reviews. Ordered fried calamari, sesame beef, fried rice and miso soup. All were great and place was tidy (wife said it was a bit dirty during lunch). On way out, saw waiter sweeping floor (guessing owner saw reviews on cleanliness). Good food and decent value, best value for lunch for sure
