Church's Texas Chicken - Little Rock

Very friendly customer service....I went during lunch and customer service was awesome .... AND THE BOMBERS..OMG!.... NEVER HAD ANY WIT ALL THE CHEEZ STILL IN EM AFTER COOKING.... THATS A PLUS PLUS PLUS FOR ME

Customer Service needs to be much friendlier. They forgot our jalapeño peppers, but you can't beat Church's chicken ever!

Popeye's used to be my favorite fast-food chicken restaurant. But Church's certainly outdo Popeye's in more than 1 way. The batter they use to fry the chicken comes out so much crunchier, in a good way, compared to Popeye's. Their fries however are not nearly as good as Popeye's. Their mashed potatoes with and without gravy are better as well. Church's Chicken is the go-to place for fast-food fried chicken with better deals than any of the competition.

Shouldn't have been stars. Wing through to get order and no one answered the speaker. Finally, after a 15-minute waiting period, came to the window just to say that I have to go back because they don't take orders on the window. I asked for the number of companies and they refused. I moved back to demand a #4 with okra and 2 legs chicken only freshly made. I was then corrected to my order as if I didn't make it easy. I explained, I know what I command and I can read well. I was told that I don't have to come back with an attitude and she refuses to take my order and call the police. All because you and your manager let me go back, wait back in line, and try to be smart and think that it's funny to do with a customer while they're just trying to get food. I will definitely escalate this situation because it's ridiculous. Oh, and I still haven't got the number of companies, but I'm gonna fix this in the morning.

The chicken tasted old and it was hard. I ordered two half gallon sweet tea and got 1 unsweetened tea and 2 cups I have no idea what kind of tea. Delicious food! It won't be back.
