Five Guys - Little Rock

Ordered eating online, said it would be ready in 15min. after about 20 minutes advised and told them my name and the cashier called it out, but no one told her they confirm it? I'll take care of it. So she asked me to step on the side while she took another customer order, so I went to sit down. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, I noticed that the woman who had ordered behind me was given her food. So I went to the counter and it took them 5 minutes to finally recognize me and when I told them my name, nobody could locate my order. So I had to tell them that my order started and wait another 15-20min for them to make it. After receiving my order, I never got an apology or a sign or a repent for waiting or forget about my order. the guy gave me that. I never make reviews, but I felt like this was completely unacceptable and should be known.

Very polite and quick service. Decent Burger with many free options for add-ons. I wish there were more options than just pommes, as I don't have a big fan of their style of pommes, but they were good when that's your jam. Clean and plenty of seating with outdoor seating.

The food quality is good. But unfortunately the employees at this location couldn't careless about the preparation and presentation of the food. I mean they are sloppy. I will not spend another penny at Five guys . I hate wet, sloppy hamburgers ? Just unprofessional

It was just what my wife and I were looking for. Great burgers with FRESH ingredients. Nice clean restaurant and all employees were professional and very helpful.

Would rate higher if I could, by far the BEST Five Guys burger I have ever eaten. The staff was incredible and the restaurant was so clean I ate a fry off the floor :D
