This pizza is on point! The people working here are for real. Hungry Howies your employees at this location are awesome.
Tried the flavored crust and there was way too much sodium. Pizza was okay. Also tried the crust free. It was ok. I was disappointed in the portions for the cost. Everything is so high nowadays with smaller portions.Parking: It is hard to park here. Very tight. Drive thru is tight.
It is so unfortunate that this establishment is being represented by TJ, the General Manager. He made a terrible call tonight which ultimately led to the loss of a long-term customer. Long story short, the GM was disrespectful to me as a customer. They messed up and charged us twice for food and duplicated our order. The first conversation he was rude, however he said he would resolve the issue and refund us for the mishap. Then he called me back a few minutes later to say he could only refund me for THEIR mishap if we returned the extra food- of which he proceeded to say that he would just throw it away... we had no desire for the extra food and we’re heading out of town the next day at 4am. We drove from maumelle to Bowie’s in order to get back our $38 that should not have been charged. When we walked in to speak to the gym, he said he couldn’t have his drivers drive to us to pick up the food but he would put that burden on the customer. We have the entire conversation recorded and I do hope to hear from the owner in regards to our experience. They lost 3 loyal customers tonight.
I've been here a few times now and overall it's decent pizza. I usually get a combo pie with the garlic herb crust but I think on future visits I'll stick with regular crust. I don't think the flavored crust enhances the pie, it just throws another flavor into the mix. And for some odd reason the pizzas always look a bit overcooked. They don't taste that way but they look slightly burnt. Maybe it's the crust, idk.
