I ordered online and my order was not ready 20 minutes later. I just ordered a famous bowl and a little chicken. I couldn't even go in to get my order that I had to wait in the long drive thru line. What you thought would give them a lot of time to finish this job. What is the point of calling a number if no one will answer?
I have given this KFC many opportunities over the years. Before it was burned down, I tried to order, and I said they were? OUT OF CHICKEN OUT OF BISCUITS?. Since her? ve remanufactured, I was nothing but disappointed: 2nd Ordnet by door wings or Grub-hub. Go there to pick it up and (AGAIN do not have the items to fulfill my order and tell me to get my money back from the ordering service. 3. placed an order on the drive thru. I got my meal and when I came home? Tada! Articles missing! 4. I ordered the app and let my daughter pick it up. It seemed like everything was there, but I should have known better. As soon as we started to get things out, I realized that (AGAIN chicken pieces were missing (SMH! 5. I tried to order again (after some time my husband had checked things, and they seemed to be there. However, as soon as we came home, we had the right number of chickens, but not the right pieces. I couldn't eat because I only eat white meat that they replaced with drums and thighs? 6. LAST STRAW! I visited this KFC and put a wing job on the drive thru. We'll get in the window and give the checkout of our card. Someone comes from behind and says? we are not able to do your order? My husband and I were flabbergasted. Seriously! Then someone else goes up and says, "Can you raise everything?" We have to wait six minutes. before we can agree, another person who has confused and said? They're 12 minutes on these wings? At this point we recognize that this place is COMPLETE AND UTTER TRASH! The fault and lack of customer service is appalling! The lead must be a JOKE! I try to promote all companies (I know that this needs more than myself, so that no one has a monopoly on others. I can't support this KFC anymore! I have given them too many ways to make it right! Only by bad settings, partial orders, incomplete commands and no excuse to face! ZERO STARS!!!
I'd rather hop the fence of someone's farm, sneak into their chicken-coop and wrangle all of the chickens into a napsack, drive 200 miles and release them all into the wild with the understanding that I'm doing this because if our Little Rock KFC got their hands on them they would be cooked in grease that was at least 2 days old and way too hot. Not to mention they would be way overcooked to the point of original recipe being crispitycrunch recipe. Oh ya. I had to remind 2 employees that KFC did indeed sell chocolate chip cake and I'd like mine please
Chicken was hot! Ready! Manager had beautiful customer service and employees were VERY friendly. I love this location
