Amazing staff and food. Highly recommend the frozen strawberry lemonade, though it may be a little sweet its not too sour. Chicken was delicious, so was the Mac-n-cheese, Cajun fries, and coleslaw

If I could give this restaurant five stars, I would. The food was amazing and the staff was great. Young man with a goate was an absolute charm, but he smells pretty bad and he played the hit game Fortnite. Overall, rate would be 10/10.

During a family outing, we stopped for lunch and encountered a staff member who spoke very little English. It felt reminiscent of a place south of the border. While the service was quick, our order wasn't correct—likely due to the language barrier. The BBQ sauce was missing, and the biscuits were dry and hard (perhaps that's how they prefer them in Mexico). If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would.

I requested a replacement, but it turned out to be just as bad as the first order. The chicken nuggets were cold and appeared to have been boiled, and the biscuit was so hard it seemed like it had been microwaved on high for too long. I approached the drive-thru attendant and politely explained that I had not received fresh food and that it was essentially inedible. The Hispanic gentleman I spoke with responded with a confrontational and rude attitude. He harshly asked if I was willing to wait another 12 minutes after already waiting for fresh food twice. I explained, as politely as I could, that I couldn't wait an additional 12 minutes considering the circumstances. He then rudely demanded I hand over my receipt and the food, offering me a refund. I feel compelled to share my experience because I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional customer service before. I will not be bringing my hard-earned money into this establishment again if this is how I am treated. It was completely unacceptable.

The customer service here is outstanding—always polite, professional, and quick! However, I was surprised that they ran out of chicken wings. If they're selling well, then they should just stock up on more. If this is an issue with supply from the main branch, that's not really the store's fault. It's just amusing to go to Popeyes and hear that they don't have any chicken available!
