The sandwich was amazing, the staff was super friendly, and the price reasonable. Is on my favorite list now.
It was a great experience, my sandwich was excellent to include the broccoli cheese soup!
I got the sandwich and soup combo using the online ordering on their website. It was easy to use and my order was correct. It was easy enough just walking in and grabbing my order and heading back to my office. Things I liked: The bread the sandwich came on was toasted and gave my sandwich a nice crunch. The portions were good (although I usually don't eat a big lunch). The chili was decent and I really like the oyster crackers they gave me to eat with it. The crackers were my favorite part however which leads into my next part. Things I disliked: The chicken was pretty meh. I don't eat a big lunch and I only ate half of the already half sandwich they gave me. The chicken tasted like they used diced boiled chicken and forgot to season it. Personally, I like to smack my chicken breast flat, season it really well on both sides, and fry it in a pan and then I diced it up and mix it with the mayo and other ingredients after it has cooled down. Potbelly's chicken salad didn't get that much love, but for being Panera for Business people it wasn't bad. I will probably eat it again, but only because it's easy-to-order cafeteria food. The chili was decent but it needs like 1/2 to 1 tbsp more pepper in it. If you get the chili, don't forget to stop by your office breakroom and put some hot sauce in it. Overall it wasn't bad, I really love food and have higher standards than most for this thing. But I also know that my chili and chicken salad were probably frozen this week at some point, so I'm not really upset. The people in there are probably nice and that's all that really matters. The value wasn't too bad. I paid $12 for a soup and sandwich. But only because Banana Leaf happened to be closed this day. If you're in the building, go try their food instead. Just make sure you order a head of time, because they take awhile sometimes.
The sandwiches are amazing. The online ordering not so much. It always has a glitch, and you have to attempt several times for your order to process.
