The location is a little odd to pull into as it's right off of a red-light but it doesn't have a direct entry driveway. You have to go past and around, which isn't bad just odd. The food was OK, the bacon on my burger was a little under done while my tots were overdone but everything was edible and otherwise correct to order. The car hop was pleasant and to the point which was nice as it was raining heavily at the time. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and I'm sure I'll go back.
Bad sonic. The tator tots were good, but when we pulled out our burgers, they were slopped together, and the wrapping was ripped. It was gross.
It's sad that because folks hold a certain position in a company they feel invited to be rude and snobby, I shouldn't have never been told that someone is a share holder or corporate whatever Jr. Stated he was because the situation shouldn't have went that far. I ordered 2 orders of French toast sticks and a breakfast burrito, I had one order and a breakfast burrito, which is fine but my other order wasn't fresh let me be clear they where warm but not fresh and I know this because I order for my 102 year old patient every other day. But that's not what upset me because I was in a great mood but it's the way JR. Challenged my complaint saying oh no we definitely gave you two orders in which I informed him that I had no reason to make it up its only 4 sticks in bag and I proceeded to hand him bag and ask for two fresh orders in which he then stated oh are they not hot enough for you with a smirk saying they will be the same cause I cook fresh to order so they won't be any hotter. I didn't care I just wanted fresh food not a speech on how hot the food will be as if I don't know fresh food. My original order was hard all I wanted was nice crispy ones like I normally get but he made that impossible. Wait but after bringing my order back it was clear he re dropped the same ones the texture was chewy and hardSMH. Ive never expirienced such an annoyed sonic employee. I'm not even sure if he gave real name cause originally a woman answered and when she put him on the phone he said hello this is something with a J and it wasn't JR but after realizing who I was I was I was given the initials Jr. I'm so upset with how I was treated that after I leave this review I will be trying to reach corporate directly. It's sad because i normally love my service here.
11/5/2023. Placed order at 1210, order comes at 1225, wrong food, 1230 Right food comes, should be a large order is MAYBE a medium. 30 minutes later still waiting on correct order. Oops they forgot. FINALLY got it right AND A partial refund. They do make it Right!
My popcorn chicken was under cooked. A guy couldn't tell me why I only get oreo topping on my shake and not Reeces, they had them.
