We had miss which was not like I have had it other place but it was very tasty. Edamame was so delicious the salt on the top was just a great flavor boost. California roll, this was very yummy and fresh. California sushi bowl, I was not sure I would like this but ya gotta try new things. Oh my was it wonderful!! Everything was super fresh and the flavors were just bursting out of the bowl. We took plenty home and had dinner from the leftovers. Everything was made fresh while we waited. The service was great! This is a must try!!
Quick and efficient service despite how busy they may be. Busiest times are usually Fri./Sat. nights. Very attractive happy hour menu; $5-7 drinks. Not stingy with the alcoholic beverage portions ....You won't be disappointed. Cute date night as well due to the ambiance/location. Tasty food; executed with care.
Amazing take out experience in the age of COVID. They do curbside, they have online ordering, they partner with delivery services. Everything was hot that should be and cold that should be. I got the Mamma Mia Roll with Harumaki (behind). It was amazing and so delicious and definitely spicy!!! Highly recommend, it was delicious.
In town just for a bit and decided to stop here for dinner and am very happy I did! I've eaten my share of sushi/shashimi, from West coast to East and some how this place in Little Rock had the freshest sashimi I've ever had. All the cuts smelled in my mouth and were delicious! I ordered the shashimi deluxe (menu says 20 pieces, but it had many more) and the spicy boy role. If I knew the prom size I would of not ordered the baby octopus (as tasty as that was) for an appetizer! I also did not realize the spicy boy role was a double decker! I understand and appreciate the price of it now! Each peice of the double decker role had to be eaten in two bites. The chili sauce (more of a paste) had great flavor and spice. The roll itself was a decent spicy tuna. I would of just ordered the top half on their own is it were an option. But the Shashimi deluxe die the show! What they seemed me is really enough for two (if not three) people and I'm 6'2 230lb guy that likes to eat! I have not been to any other sushi restaurants in the area, but as good as this place was I doing I ever will. My next time back in town will include a trip back to Sushi Cafe.
Sushi Café was recommended to us by a great friend who frequents Little Rock. I'm not easily impressed when it comes to sushi, but this place knocked it out of the park! Don't take my word for it, go taste for yourself!
