Taco Bueno - Little Rock

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The waiter, wearing a black apron with a heart and locks, was very friendly and welcoming to customers. He mentioned that they often get a lot of travelers stopping by, and I was one of them. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to my expectations, particularly the rice and guacamole. However, being in Texas, I have access to some of the best Mexican food around. Overall, I found the pricing to be fair for what was offered.

I had to ask for a refund because the person preparing my food at this restaurant did not wear gloves or wash their hands. They attempted to serve me my order without gloves on, and I observed them making the order without following proper hygiene protocols.

This restaurant is usually excellent and performs well. However, there are times when a rude staff member may be present, which is unfortunate and not deserving of a star rating as it should not be a common occurrence.

My burrito was delicious! the only bad thing about this experience was that I dropped the sum on my hemd, I was just in white on this day?

Customer Service was great!!! But the food was awful! I will not order the Mucho Nachos again. Next, I'll try the tacos, who can go wrong with a taco? Great Customer Service.
