Contribuisci feedbackIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food arrived lukewarm and looked hastily prepared. I ordered three separate items from the cheese section, but two of them were crammed together in one box. The marinara sauce was diluted and tasted off. I paid for five ranch dips, but didn't receive any. There was no one available to even ensure that my order was correct. To top it off, I gave the delivery driver a $10 tip, yet they still had the audacity to charge me a $3.99 service fee! Please do better! Before sending out orders, make sure everything is correct and meets customer expectations. My team and I will not be spending any more of our hard-earned money here. Thanks for ruining our evening!
I will never order from here again. We waited an incredibly long time for our meal for two and then had a frustrating experience trying to get a refund. The customer service is poor. I would recommend choosing a different restaurant. It’s clear that they don’t prioritize timely service or care about fulfilling their customers’ needs. I tried to be patient, but placing an order at 6 PM and still waiting until 8:30 PM for my food is unacceptable.
I was in search of a quick lunch, so I decided to order a personal pan pizza online. Unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed with the presentation. The crust is usually the highlight, but mine looks like it was burned!
They are ghetto and very unprofessional I called them to cancel my order and everything I could do here was laughing and gossiping and I don't even know if they canceled it.
Whoever made David a manager clearly doesn't care about customer service. He is rude and impolite. He's probably the same manager that was illiterate and messed up my pizza last time. I'm getting this remake and I will never return. I hope they shut the store down n he loses his job soon. Update: I call back to get the number in which I just had to call to place a order n once again this raggedy negro was rude as hell. BUT Ms. Linda was amazing she explained that they have crew that follow behind David's bad example and that they were short staffed. I was very polite and I felt for her. She is what good customer service is all about
