One of the BEST chopped brisket sandwiches I've had! Thank y'all so much!

Absolutely a fantastic place for some amazing Texas BBQ and hospitality. Had their 2 meat with pulled pork and brisket accompanied by Mac n cheese and potato salad. The pulled pork was neither dry nor greasy and had the perfect amount of smoke and flavor. The brisket was beautifully smoked and sliced and was also on par with flavor. I tried the blueberry cobbler for dessert and was left happy, full, and with a great taste lingering. Don't pass by this little red barn of tasty delite.

OVERALL Definitely check the hours before heading to Uncle Knuckles BBQ in Littlefield, TX. Currently they are great for lunch, but only open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11AM-2PM or until sold out. ENVIRONMENT From Marshall Howard Boulevard, you 'll see the little red barn. It 's so cute. SERVICE Real nice and friendly. Checked on us several times. Cash or card accepted. MY FAVORITE PART... How my teeth sank into the bread and tender, flavorful brisket! NOT SO FAVORITE PART... I love that they use soap to clean their dishes, but I suspect the plastic cups they used weren 't rinsed so well because I could taste it in my unsweetened tea. THE GRUB The chopped brisket sandwich with a side of potato salad was good. With the brisket you have the choice of sliced or chopped. They chop it up real good. Patrons are left to slather (or not) on BBQ themselves. My sandwich came with a side of pickles and onions. It was a great pre-Thanksgiving meal (11/24/21)! Other items on the menu include pulled pork, turkey, pork ribs, sausage, jalapeño sausage, Frito pie, Knuckle dog (brat w/brisket. chili cheese), nachos, baked potato, mac n cheese, beans, corn, green beans, coleslaw, and cobbler or bundt cake for dessert. The meats are also sold by the pound at very reasonable rates. LITTLE YELPER 'S CLUB I didn 't see a kids menu. PARKING Some spaces out front. TIP Less than an hour away is Lubbock. When we pulled in, we weren't sure but wow!! Fabulous food and service!
