This restaurant is definitely the perfect spot for tasty food. I tried the beer-battered cod with chips and it was absolutely delicious. The cod was crispy and tender, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. They were very accommodating to my wife's dietary restrictions of dairy and gluten free food on both of our visits. They even allowed her to bring her own dessert. The service was excellent and they had Doombar on tap. I highly recommend this genuine family-run pub for a delicious meal. Service: Dine-in. Booked a table here for a couple of evenings while we were staying at a nearby campsite. On both occasions the food was excellent and substantial, staff were super friendly and the atmosphere cosy and inviting. We had the ham egg and chips, steak and ale pie, fillet steak, lamb shank, banofee pie and Baileys cheesecake. Everything was delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Enjoyed a new year's eve meal here. Very good food, nice selection to choose from. Friendly staff made us feel very welcome.Dog friendly olde worldly inside.I Would recommend .....
