Jimmy John's - Littleton

Do not go to this location. We got dry rock hard bread and jalapeños thrown into our sandwiches because we didn’t tip.Tipping at Jimmy John’s is reserved for deliveries and if someone goes out of their way to be helpful.Never returning to this store.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It is supposed to take 20-30 mins. At this point, it has been an hour and 15 mins. My online order says delivery, but no order has arrived. When I called to question, Where 's my food, and what 's going on? They blew me off and said they had multiple orders, and my food would be here shortly...that was 15 mins ago.

I do enjoy a good Jimmy Johns sub, was welcomed by two bearded employees, eating at a table.Nice young man with a dinosaur mask was making my sub. while was being made I searched for a clean table not one of them was wiped down.After the two other guys got up from eating they never wipe down their table,It had more crumbs than all the other tables and there were crumbs covering the entire floor.Don’t get me wrong, the sub was delicious, the environment not so much.Also, you no longer get any free subs with so many purchases like they used to, that would be why Firehouse subs is still my favorite.

Had a great experience, fast friendly service, helpful and understanding when I had to place 3 orders because I couldn't make my mind up. Thanks for all the help, and I think Augustus took our order but everyone in the store seemed pretty great.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free so got the unwhiches, we often order for delivery as well and it's always fast and fresh.

I ordered my food and it’s taking them almost 2 hours to deliver when it’s down the road. When I called into the store to get an ETA and why it was taking so long I just got rude remarks and no help other than “he left already”. This is unacceptable that it took this amount of time to deliver one thing. I will not be a returning customer.
