Las Fajitas Mexican - Littleton

This is one of the better Mexican restaurants I've visited recently in the area. The chips and salsa were excellent, clearly made from scratch. There are great options for kids, and the main dishes were fantastic! I also had a margarita that really hit the spot. I'm looking forward to returning with friends as soon as I can!

The service was excellent—quick and friendly. More importantly, the food was outstanding! I've tried Carne Asada at many restaurants, but very few actually ask how I like my meat cooked, so that was a nice touch. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a roasted chili, which added fantastic flavor and just the right amount of heat. We will definitely return to this restaurant!

The service was outstanding! The servers were attentive, and the chef and kitchen staff were remarkable. I ordered the carne asada and asked the waitress to let the cook decide on the final preparation. To my surprise, while the rest of the food was being served, the waitress informed me that the cook thought he might have overcooked my steak and was redoing it. I truly appreciated that and have great respect for him. Additionally, they serve menudo and pozole every day.

Delicious flautas and refreshing cold beer on a warm day! The chile rellenos are excellent too!

Used to love coming to this place. My family and I have been coming here for several years now. We will not be returning. We went to pay and the cashier/waitress automatically added an 18% gratuity to our bill without even asking us. She stated she is new and they managers told her to do this for everyone. That she should tip herself anywhere from 18%-50% based off how she feels her service was. Didn’t even give me a chance to add the tip in myself. We were planning to give her a cash tip too. When we asked for a manager to come explain this a younger man came to the register and basically said they do this for everyone now no matter what size party you have. There was only 3 of us. He said all restaurants do this now and we don’t know what we’re talking about. That they have every right to give themselves a tip without asking the customer. He was very rude along with the other workers that were just staring at us. When we walked out they proceeded to say something rude to us. Very unprofessional.
