Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Placed a pickup order for 11:00ish on the app but apparently the restaurant is closed at 10. Not midnight like the app and website says. Would love to get my money back and the app time changed. Why did it let me place the order after you closed? Comeon! EDIT: Evan took care of my issues today. His prompt and friendly response put a smile on my face and I am very satisfiedwith my service. I usually never have a problem at this location. But, Today I ordered 3 extra toast and 2 extra coleslaw, my order was missing all of these. Ordered 2 unsweetened teas and a sweet tea, got 2 sweet teas instead. Even the lady at the window said none of theorders, were in order. Everyone inside was dancing and messing around. Don't like paying for something I'm not going to receive.Every other time I've been here it's been fast service and I've gotten everything I ordered.

I used to love this place! They had wonderful chicken fingers? not sure what has happened but how does this tiny thing even count as one of the four chicken fingers? If I wanted nuggets I would have ordered nuggets somewhere. It?s frustrating paying money and not getting what you pay for.
