Jimmy John's - Live Oak

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I waited for 13 minutes before they acknowledged me. When my unwich arrived, it was sloppily wrapped in hard white lettuce. I asked if it could be wrapped in green lettuce instead. The employee, Josh, insisted they only had the white lettuce, but after I pressed further, he begrudgingly showed me a container of green lettuce. When I pointed out the difference, he defensively argued with me. Fed up, I asked for a refund and heard him muttering under his breath. Other customers witnessed his rude behavior. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. Poor service all around.

This restaurant is amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and provides excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.

We are regulars at this restaurant and have always enjoyed the food, but recently the staff has become much more friendly. However, today as we were waiting near the pick-up spot for our order, we witnessed a young man making sandwiches who pulled out his personal phone with his gloved hand, then continued to touch our food without changing his glove. This was a major hygiene issue and could have easily been avoided. When I politely mentioned this to him, he simply shrugged it off. Additionally, when I asked for more napkins, he responded rudely. Thankfully, another staff member quickly provided the napkins and I informed them about the phone incident so that management could address it. It seems like this young man needs some retraining on proper food handling practices and the importance of hygiene.

Good food, but I wait for half an hour for my delivery and it has not yet been marked as a delivery. I have 2 sandwiches and nothing else.

That new Zesty Sandwich is so good I went back the next day! The service was good but nothing exceptional. Keep up the great food and service!
