Subway - Live Oak

I called the restaurant at 8:08 on Sunday to place an order, but the person who answered said "hello" instead of identifying the restaurant as Subway. When I asked if I had reached Subway, they confirmed that I had. I then asked to speak to a manager, but was told that there was no one else available. I called to inquire why our order placed through DoorDash had been canceled, and was informed that the restaurant was closed, even though their posted hours indicated they were open until 9. The lack of customer service and professionalism was disappointing. I will be reaching out to the restaurant to address this issue.

Accepts a door order we waited for over 15 minutes only for them to cancel the entire order. would have been nice to cancel it and not half as the estimated time.

For a small business the 2 employees were super nice and worked hard to please all customers.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and they will help you create the perfect sandwich. Thank you very much.

The subs at this restaurant are delicious, but I wasn't a fan of the soups. The cookies are definitely a highlight!
