Subway - Live Oak

I would give this restaurant more stars if I could! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond during our visit today. They even managed to engage my four year old and make her laugh. They also offer delicious soup - we tried the cheddar broccoli and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this Subway. The restaurant is kid-friendly too, as they offered my daughter an activity to take home which made her smile and laugh.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed there were three employees working. One of them was busy serving the only other customer in the restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to wait for 15 minutes as the other two employees were too preoccupied chatting with each other and using their phones to assist me. My husband and I typically visit this place on Wednesday evenings to grab sandwiches for dinner after church, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

The food was terrible and the sandwiches lacked substantial meat. Additionally, there was a barrier that prevented customers from seeing how the food was prepared. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I really can't review the food at all because when I got there the people that work there did not speak any English and I kept trying to place my order and they had no clue what I was trying to get. Eventually she tried to figure it out and it was wrong and I kept trying to tell them but they just were not understanding so I don't know. I eventually got aggravated and left

Ordered a blt with extra bacon she put all the bacon and cheese on it stuck it in the oven the bacon wasn't cook all the way and the bread was hard as a rock and really greasy and I ordered a foot long pretzel and she over cooked it I could cut logs with it it was so hard I have never had food like this from subway before and I will never go there again 22 .00 I threw in the trash
