Summer and ice cream go hand in hand and so does our local baskin Robbins ! The owners are super sweet and accommodating that gives it a more personal touch for the place and they are always open with a smile ! Good going !We just ordered a last minute cake for our daughters grad party and they made it work out just right :

This location is having a quality control problem. The last two visits the fudge and caramel toppinging were hard as rocks. The heating elements of the warmers don't seem to be working for over a month. Sundays were poorly constructed due to overworked employees. Just to compare we visited the Pleasanton location a few days ago. What a huge difference. Way better quality, service, and selection of flavors.

Worst service ever. Walked in and waited at the counter for 7 or 8 minutes. Owner walking back-and-forth and simply ignored me the whole time. Not even a I 'll be right with you. Baaaaad service!

Quick friendly service. Clean. Fully stocked freezer full of cakes. I don't get all the one star reviews.

I ordered a double full sheet for an important celebration. Leanna assisted me with making fresh cakes and decor on the cakes were great. She was very professional and communicated effectively making sure I got what I wanted . She made the cakes perfectly. Thank you Leanna!
