Buffalo Wild Wings - Livermore

I arrived for my reservation at 7:30, but had to wait about 5 minutes before a server showed up. When I checked in, the server informed me that they do not actually take reservations, despite what was indicated on Opentable. She mentioned that they have tried to remove themselves from the reservation platform but have been unsuccessful. I was then told the wait would be 1 hour and 30 minutes, so I decided to leave. To my surprise, I was unable to make another reservation because it showed that I was already booked at Buffalo. Very frustrating experience overall.

I went with my reservation for 7:30, took about 5mim to show a server, but as soon as I said in it, "unfortunately opentable doesn't listen to us because we already told them we don't make reservations, we have already told them to take us off, but they don't hear excuse" I was confused why I was able to make a reservation, but still I said ok30.... as long as the wait is. I literally turned around and went out. Then I was unable to make another reservation bc it said I was already booked at Buffalo. WTF!

The manager came thru for me on an extremely busy night.

I'll go there with my son every week. It's funny 'guy time ', the staff is great. The GM, Brett is cool, Morgan is a great person and the rest of the staff is friendly. People who obviously complain should go somewhere different than a sports bar. You get what you pay for people. Get off your high horse. This place does what to do.
