Customer service was bad. Ill mannered lady at the register gave me attitude from the very beginning of the transaction I think this place needs new staff. All of the ladies. Here are extremely rude. I hope this place gets shut down.

Great customer service, friendly and helpful. For you coupon users this location DOES accept coupons! One of the few in the area that accepts coupons. This is our favorite Subway in the Pleasanton/Dublin/Pleasanton area. Thank you for always providing a great experience!

Pleasant workers who always have a smile on their faces and I go here and give them my business because they are friendly and accept coupons that we get in the mail. I hope they continue to keep up the friendliness, pleasantness, and customer-oriented businesses by welcoming all of us and our business including coupons.
