Friendly place managed by fantastic staff. nothing to say about customer service, I am sure back

Cosy atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious coffee highly recommend

Pleasant staff, the usual very decent food and good coffee. Need to get the main entrance door fixed though as it is both difficult to open and doesn't close properly after anyone so quite drafty and chilly at this of year, winter. Has been like this for many months too!

I work for a Recruitment Business Axis Recruitment, we're based at St Pauls Square and a number of our colleagues visit St Pauls Costa on a daily basis and are always impressed with the level of customer experience the staff in this branch provide! They remember our previous orders and often make suggestions for new ones! Special mention to Sophie who let me try a sample of the coconut milk mixed with sugar free caramel before I bought it!

Staff are so friendly. Coffee always hot and just as you have asked. I have seen on a few occasions staff assisting people and going out of there way to do that. Shop alway clean and tidy.
